These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms and Conditions of Sale") explain your rights and obligations in relation to any purchase, order, receipt, or delivery of any product from McKechnie Marketing through Race and Rally World ("website").

Stock items, definitions, and payment terms
Stock is held at various locations including suppliers in the UK and Europe.
Most models can be delivered within 5 to 10 working days.
Race and Rally World will contact you if it is going to be beyond this timeframe.
All deliveries require a signature.
In Stock Models
Delivery within 5 to 7 working days
Available to order
Models in stock at suppliers
Order by selecting payment via invoice when in stock at supplier.
Payment will be taken when model(s) are ready for dispatch from supplier.
Delivery within 7 to 10 working days
Pre Order Models
Check listing for expected delivery month or quarter depending on information provided by manufacturer /supplier.

Pre Orders and Available to Order Purchases
Select Pay via Invoice at checkout and you will be invoiced when item is at suppliers ready for shipping, delivery lead time is 7 to 10 working days.
Expected dates are mentioned in the description which can be a month or quarter.
You will receive an email confirming pre order.
Special Order
Items marked as special order are one of the following:
the product is a limited-edition item
specially ordered for customer where the requested goods have been found in stock at suppliers.
In both situations, full payment is taken at time of order and you will be informed of an estimated delivery time. Should items be no longer available, you will be refunded.

Orders are based on weight including VAT
For United Kingdom inc England, Scotland, Wales, and Isle of Man
Delivery Charges are as stated on product description and / or detailed in shopping cart.

International Orders
You can purchase items from the Race and Rally World website from the following countries and regional areas:

All deliveries are expected to take at least 10 working days and should not take longer than 28 days.
All products are shipped super economy, tracked, and insured.
Customers are responsible for any custom duties incurred at point of entry into their country.
Products values must be declared on shipping labels for insurance purposes and cannot be changed.

Deliveries are by Royal Mail or courier - insured, tracked, and signature required.
Deliveries will arrive between 9:00am and 5:30pm
Delivery lead times
United Kingdom including England, Scotland, Wales, and Isle of Man - 5 to 10 working days
Northern Ireland – 10 to 15 working days due to customs checks (expected to reduce due to changes in Government agreement with EU).
European Union - 10 to 28 working days
Customers will be kept informed about their order throughout the process to delivery of goods.
Race and Rally World will contact you should this not be the case giving you the option to continue with order or to cancel. If it is the latter, any payment received will be refunded.

If your order contains any out-of-stock items, then we will deliver your entire order when all the goods are available. Race and Rally World will get the goods for you as soon as possible and normally within 5 to 10 business days.
If Race and Rally World anticipate there being a longer delay, then we will contact you as soon as we receive your order to give you a delivery estimate.
We cannot guarantee the delivery schedules from our suppliers, but we do guarantee to keep you informed as best we can.
Returns Policies
Please Do Not Return Items without contacting Race and Rally World.
If you wish to return something to us, please email sales@race-and-rally-world.com and let us know what the situation is.
We will issue an RMA number so that we can track the return properly. Please write the RMA number clearly on the packaging before sending any items back to us. If you have simply changed your mind on a product then you can return it any time within 14 days from the day you receive them.
You will have to pay to return the goods to us via an appropriate delivery service, and we will not be able to refund any delivery charges you paid when you bought the goods.
If the goods are in perfect, re-saleable condition when we receive them (in the opinion of McKechnie Marketing) then we will refund the full amount. If we believe that the goods have been opened, or used, or the packaging is damaged, or contents are missing, then we may not be able to offer a refund and the goods will be available for you to collect again from us. Sometimes we will still be able to offer a partial refund, but we will make an appropriate reduction in the amount we refund to you. This will normally be 25% but may be higher if packaging is damaged or items are missing.
McKechnie Marketing are a friendly company to deal with, and we will treat you fairly, in a manner any reasonable person would expect to be treated. Please be careful not to break cellophane/tape seals on any product until you are sure it is right for you, as we may not be able to accept returns once products are opened.
If there is a problem with the goods on delivery
If the goods are not as they should be on delivery (including but not limited to; goods are faulty, goods don't match our description, goods are not fit for purpose) then email sales@race-and-rally-world.com and let us know straight away.
If you do not report problems with products to McKechnie Marketing within 14 days from the day you receive them then we will assume they are OK, and we will no longer be able to replace products with new ones. Instead, we will deal with any problems under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, and in line with UK consumer law where applicable
Working Day
A working day is a business day Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
McKechnie Marketing will always treat our customers fairly and expect this to be reciprocal.
The Law of Contract
Any contract between us will be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract. All dealings, correspondence, and contracts between us will be made or conducted in the English language.
You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions of Sale do not affect these.
